As a Sales Manager, you will oversee and drive sales strategies to expand the customer base and meet revenue goals with the customers from pulp and paper, food and beverage, automotive and mining industries. Your responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing sales plans, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with the other sales team members. You will identify new business opportunities, lead customer presentations, and negotiate contracts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.QualificationsProven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management within pulp and paper, food and beverage, automotive and mining industries.Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and NegotiationExcellent Communication, Presentation, and Team Collaboration abilitiesExperience with CRM tools and reporting methodsKnowledge of condition monitoring technology, industrial machinery, or a related field is a strong advantageAbility to work on-site in Durban and travel as required for client meetings and eventsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
