We are the only company on the market that refers to candidates as Clients.Join us and help build a modern and socially responsible international recruitment process.For the internal structures of EWL Partners we are looking for Business Development Manager.YOUR TASKS:Act as a key team member in launching a new service line, contributing to its strategic development and supporting the company’s broader expansion in the Ukrainian market.Ensure regular on-site presence to facilitate coordination, build strong relationships, and oversee the successful implementation of service activities.Proactively search for new business clients and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.Analyze market conditions and business trends to shape and refine the business development strategy.Prepare commercial offers, lead negotiations, and finalize contracts with clients.Ensure high standards of customer service and oversee the company’s promotional and advertising efforts.Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.Support clients throughout the implementation process of the company’s products or services.Manage the sales team and coordinate all commercial activities.Maintain active and effective communication with other departments to align efforts and achieve shared business goals.OUR REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales hunter role.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Experience in business development activities.Ability to identify customer needs and create compelling business proposals.Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.Market and business trend awareness.Independence, strong organizational skills, and resilience under pressure.Excellent Ukrainian and English language skills.Higher education (preferred fields: management, marketing, economics, or related).WE OFFER:Full time remote work based on an employment assignment or B2B contract.Possibility to shape processes and great autonomy at work.A supportive work environment in which we focus on work-life-balance.Work with experienced people who both value your knowledge and can share theirs.Find out more about us on our website EWL - about us
