Your role as Sales Manager (Stand-Alone machines) As Sales Manager Stand-Alone, you are the main commercial point of contact in Germany for our stand-alone machines and smaller projects.You actively develop the market, visit existing customers, and open doors with new contacts. In doing so, you ensure to increase the brand awareness of Kaak Dough Technology and build sustainable relationships in Germany. What will you do? • Business development: you visit customers (on average 10 per week), acquire new contacts, and ensure that Kaak is visible to the right parties. • Relationship management: you maintain close contact with existing customers, partner companies, and our service and production team. • Sales & advice: you advise customers on our stand-alone solutions and involve internal specialists in more complex issues. • Market development: you identify trends and translate them into opportunities for Kaak. • Project administration: you prepare quotes and contracts and hand over projects correctly to project management. Who are you? • An entrepreneurial and proactive attitude – you see opportunities and seize them. • Experience in sales, preferably in the industrial sector. (food/bakery) machine engineering. • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness in German. • Willingness to travel extensively (>75%) within Germany. • A networking bridge-builder who knows how to maintain and develop relationships.
