With a strong global footprint and industry leadership, the company continues to expand its presence in the Middle East market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.Conduct regular visits to existing customers, ensuring strong relationship management and client satisfaction.Identify and acquire new customers, expand market share, and penetrate untapped segments.Collect inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to secure orders.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in line with company objectives.Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to provide timely business intelligence.Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.Key Requirements:Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the steel sector.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business in the UAE or Middle East region.Strong product knowledge of steel categories such as hot rolled coil, cold rolled, galvanized, billet, rebar, wire rod, and plate, etc.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Valid UAE driving license preferred.Experience working with leading steel producers, traders, or distributors is highly desirable.
