Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Support the implementation of the company's strategy in Latin America, including brand, product, sales, and service operations.Develop the local market by formulating industry insight and development plans, targeting sectors such as petrochemicals, oil & gas, chemicals, energy & power, metallurgy, building materials, pulp & paper, food & pharmaceuticals, and coal mining.Expand and maintain relationships with key international clients, increasing market share in key industries and for core products.Manage and grow the customer base within the office's jurisdiction, develop and oversee regional channel partners, and establish a comprehensive business ecosystem.Engage in direct sales, foreign direct investment (FDI), outbound direct investment (ODI), and EPC contracting business.Conduct research, plan, develop, and implement online platform business operations for the office.Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in automation, engineering, or related fields.Minimum of 3 years of overseas work experience, with strong independent business development and project execution skills.Excellent communication, coordination, execution, and stress management abilities, with a high level of self-motivation.Familiarity with Latin American culture.Experience in automation, intelligence, or digitalization industries is preferred. Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is highly desirable.4o
