Its SaaS platform integrates automation and AI to ensure compliance, efficiency, and reliable data, with the goal of simplifying complexity.Role DescriptionThe Sales Manager will be responsible for developing Corporate Performance Management (CPM) sales in the Swiss German market, primarily targeting companies not yet equipped with CPM or currently using competing solutions.He/She will manage the entire sales cycle, in coordination with solution experts (pre-sales), the local marketing team, and corporate teams, while collaborating with the European CPM sales network.Key responsibilities include:Prospecting and qualifying new accounts in the Swiss German regionIdentifying the needs of finance departments and building trusted advisory relationshipsManaging end-to-end sales cycles (3 to 6 months), from initial contact to contract signingCoordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the processWorking closely with marketing to refine messaging and enhance commercial approachesContributing to the European commercial development strategy led by the CPM BUCandidate Profile: Education & ExperienceDegree from a top business school or universityFluent in German and English; French is a plusIdeally 10–15 years of professional experienceProven track record in prospecting and selling software (ideally SaaS) within a software vendor, systems integrator, or consulting firm (IT services or consultancy)Familiarity with finance-related topics, especially consolidation, is an assetKey Skills & AttributesStrong prospecting ability and appetite for new business development (“hunter” mindset)Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives (CFOs, Controllers, Heads of Consolidation)Rigorous management of complex sales cycles, with strong persuasion and negotiation skillsStrong oral and written communication skills in German and EnglishAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, marketing, consulting)Autonomy, reliability, initiativeCuriosity, intellectual agility, and strong analytical skills
