This position will report to General ManagerThe Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize ticket sales, group bookings, and event revenue. This role involves leading a sales team, building relationships with corporate clients and tour operators, and collaborating with marketing to drive overall park attendance and revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Create sales plans and set performance goals for the sales team.Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate groups, schools, and tour operators.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and customer service.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and promotional efforts.Provide input on marketing campaigns to ensure they support sales objectives.Assist in the development of promotional materials and offers.Develop packages and proposals for group events, corporate functions, and special events.Manage the sales department budget, ensuring effective use of resources.Monitor expenditures and ROI of sales activities.Adjust plans and strategies based on budget performance.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.Use insights to refine sales strategies and approaches.Key RequirementsWilling to be placed in Surakarta, Central Java Area.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Advanced degrees or certifications in sales management, tourism, or related areas are advantageous.Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the theme park, tourism, or hospitality industry.Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.Experience in managing a sales team and achieving revenue targets.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Due to the high volume of applications, only those selected for further consideration will be contacted.
