The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company sales targets, maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects, and consistently exceeding performance objectives. The Sales Manager will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting team members to achieve their individual goals.QualificationsSales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and account managementClient Relationship Management and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term partnershipsStrategic Planning and Goal Setting abilities to drive sales performanceStrong Communication and Negotiation SkillsExperience in IT solutions or technology sales is a plusProficiency in CRM tools and data analysisSelf-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote settingBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
