We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Residential ACWe are seeking Sales Manager experienced in Residential AC to join our AC team for market growth, strengthen distributor networks, and drive commercial excellence.Responsibilities• Co-manage distributor and sales channels to achieve business objectives• Deliver sales targets and improve growth margins• Keep up-to-date with competitor products, activities, and market trends• Forecast residential market sales volumes and maintain strong understanding of full product portfolio• Prepare timely and high-quality reports on sales performance, customer visits, forecasts, market needs, competition, and administrative tasks• Provide product and technical training to distributors, sales partners, and end users• Ensure strong customer satisfaction results and maintain high survey scores• Attend international fairs when requiredREQUIREMENTS• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related fields• 15+ years of relevant experience in Residential AC marketing, presales, sales, or business development• Proven ability to manage time effectively and deliver reporting accurately and on schedule• Strategic planning, financial management, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills• Analytical thinker, results-oriented, self-driven, resilient, and a strong team player• Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities• Solid understanding of market dynamics, sales processes, and marketing strategies• Ability to empathize and connect with diverse stakeholdersIf you are ready to help shape the growth of a leading AC business, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now or share with someone who might be a great fit!
