Our approach is grounded in strategy, powered by data, and driven by curiosity.What You’ll DoIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.Leverage your existing network within marketing, advertising, or brand circles to build connections and leads.Craft outreach strategies from LinkedIn prospecting to on-ground relationship building.Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to prepare proposals and pitch decks.Own the client acquisition funnel: outreach → qualification → pitch → conversion.Track performance, forecast revenue, and share insights on what’s driving results.Represent TMO at industry events, coffee chats, and marketing meetups.Who You Are3–4 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a marketing, media, or advertising agency.Have an active network of brand, marketing, or business decision-makers across industries.Comfortable with consultative selling and understand marketing, not just sales.Confident communicator with strong presentation and relationship-building skills.Self-driven, curious, and results-oriented with a knack for turning conversations into contracts.
