We are looking for a Sales Manager to accelerate our growth across Italy, France, Spain and the wider Southern European market.The RoleAs Sales Manager for South Europe, you will own and grow a portfolio of food & beverage manufacturers, distributors, and retail clients. This is a hands-on commercial role where you will be responsible for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and positioning Tradin Organic as a trusted supplier of organic ingredients.You will represent Tradin Organic at industry events, trade shows and client visits, translating market opportunities into long-term commercial success.What You’ll DoDrive regional growthDevelop and execute a commercial strategy for Southern EuropeIdentify new opportunities and onboard new customersManage key accountsGrow and optimize existing customer relationshipsLead pricing negotiations and contract managementMonitor forecast, pipeline and margin performanceCommercial operationsWork closely with quality, logistics and supply chain to ensure smooth deliveryManage contract execution and follow up on shipments, documentation and customer needsMarket presence & networkingRepresent Tradin Organic at trade shows, client meetings, and industry eventsBuild a strong industry network and track market trends, competitor activity, and product opportunitiesWhat You’ll BringSales drive with a consultative, solution-oriented approachConfidence in presenting, negotiating and closing dealsStrong organizational skills and ownership mindsetPassion for sustainable, organic and ethical sourcing is a plusWhat We’re Looking For:4–5 years of commercial experience, ideally in B2B food ingredients, agri-commodities, food manufacturing, flavor houses, or related sectorsComfortable taking full commercial ownership: pricing, contracts, forecasting, margin management, and customer growth plansA natural relationship-builder who understands how business works in Southern European markets both commercially and culturallyStrong people skills: you genuinely enjoy meeting new customers, nurturing relationships, and developing businessThrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with multiple priorities and new challengesExcellent written and verbal communication, with the confidence to negotiate and close dealsFluent in Italian, French and English and able to conduct business negotiations in all required languages (Spanish is a plus)Organized, proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take on increasing responsibility as the role growsExperience selling into manufacturers, food brands, or retail/private label supply chains is a strong advantageWilling and able to travel up to 40% across Europe to meet customers and attend trade eventsWhat We Offer:A full-time position (40 hours) with a competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to work in a rapidly growing international company with a central location in Amsterdam (next to Central Station).A supportive and dynamic team environment, where you can learn, grow, and make a real impact on the business.Continuous training & development to help you become a sales leader in the organic food industry.Be part of the Nature Positive movement.
