Job DescriptionDrive sustainable business growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.Manage operations to ensure profitability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness through optimized resources and business practices.Oversee company performance across financial, market, and operational perspectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand and address their business needs.Prepare sales pipeline forecasts and annual budgets for operations and sales activities.Lead, develop, and monitor the performance of the Sales Team.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.At least 2 years of working experience as Sales Manager in B2B freight forwarding.Experience in sales, with knowledge of logistics/supply chain as a plus.Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of logistics or supply chain is an advantage.Financial acumen for non-finance professionals.
