Position Title: Sales Manager Turkey (m/f/d)Office: Remote (Turkey)Department: SalesYour mission As a Sales Manager Turkey, you will directly report to Territory Manager Turkey. You will be the key contact point for our customers in Turkey and play a crucial role in developing, designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence. Your main responsibilities Developing and executing a strategic Channel Sales plan for the Turkey region, aimed at strengthening relationships with distribution partners, expanding customer reach, and increasing revenue. Identifying and cultivating new channel partners, including wholesalers, installers, and EPC/IPP companies, while managing existing relationships to maximize sales potential. Maintaining an active sales pipeline within the channel, regularly meeting and exceeding revenue targets by driving new business and deepening engagement with current partners. Collaborating with marketing and product management teams to provide input on product development, pricing, and promotional strategies tailored to channel needs. Serving as the primary point of contact for channel partners, offering ongoing support, training, and guidance to ensure alignment with GoodWe’s business objectives and market presence. Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility, build networks, and stay updated on market trends that could impact the channel sales strategy. Analysing performance within the distribution network, providing forecasts, and adjusting strategies based on customer feedback and market dynamics to ensure sustained growth.Your Profile Proven experience in Channel Sales within the solar/PV industry, with a deep understanding of distribution networks, wholesalers, and strategic partnerships.Strong existing network in the renewable energy sector, particularly in the PV industry across Turkey. Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of securing and managing high-value partnerships.Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including large groups and C-level executives.Expertise in customer relationship management, with a focus on supporting distribution channels and ensuring partner success. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, business, or a related technical or commercial field. Alternatively, a commercial degree with high technical affinity.Native Turkish speaker with fluent English proficiency.
