The company is modern, fast-growing, and known for offering high-quality products in CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, fire detection and more.With strong growth over the last two years - doubling in size - the company continues to expand its Sales Team and is now hiring an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of valued regional customers.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization that invests heavily in its people, supports career development, and operates with a flexible, forward-thinking culture.Role OverviewAs a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing, strengthening, and expanding relationships with professional installers, integrators, and vendor partners across your region.You'll be given an established client portfolio from day one, while also having the opportunity to grow accounts and drive new commercial opportunities.This is a customer-facing role with significant autonomy and flexibility — ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships, advising clients, and representing high-quality technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Relationship BuildingManage and grow long-term relationships with installers, integrators, and vendors.Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in your region.Conduct regular customer visits to build trust, provide product insights and identify new opportunities.Sales DevelopmentDevelop account plans aimed at increasing revenue and product adoption.Expand existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.Promote the company’s full portfolio of security and fire-safety solutions.Customer Support & ExpertiseProvide guidance and product knowledge to help clients select and implement the best solutions.Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure customer needs are met.Internal CollaborationWork with marketing, technical support and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal sales performance.Attend internal meetings once a week at the company’s office.RequirementsMinimum 7 years of experience in the security, fire-safety, or related technology industries.Proven experience in account management or sales with installer/integrator clients.Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion, or fire-detection solutions (preferred).Fluent in Dutch (required); English is an advantage.Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.Able to work independently, manage your own schedule and travel within the region.What’s On OfferHybrid work setup — only 1 day per week required in the office.Competitive base salary: €5,000–€5,600 per month (depending on experience).Attractive commission scheme: approx. €1,250 OTE monthly, fully uncapped.Significant career progression opportunities in a company experiencing rapid growth.Autonomy, trust, and the ability to represent a highly respected brand in the market.
