Its products are distributed worldwide through subsidiaries and licensees.Our client operates multiple production facilities in Italy as well as sales, service, and distribution facilities around the world, including the USA, India, Australia, etc.YER USA has been retained to search for a Sales Manager.As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts in the foundry and metals sector. You’ll spend much of your time meeting with customers and prospects to understand their production challenges and introduce Magaldi’s range of systems and technologies that can improve their operations.You’ll take ownership of your sales territory, proactively identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and managing opportunities through the entire sales cycle. This includes everything from prospecting and preparing proposals to negotiating terms and closing deals. You’ll work closely with Magaldi’s technical and project management teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects move forward smoothly.In addition to direct sales, you’ll represent the client at trade shows, industry events, and association meetings. You’ll also contribute to marketing initiatives, competitive analysis, and market intelligence, sharing insights from the field to help shape our business strategy and identify emerging opportunities.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative, solution-oriented selling and has the drive to grow a book of business.Qualifications:Minimum 5-7 years of sales or business development experience in the foundry, metals, or industrial equipment industries.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B industrial environment.Strong knowledge of foundry operations, material handling systems, or industrial processes.Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.Skilled in consultative, solution-based selling and long sales-cycle management.Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with international teams.Comfortable with regular travel (40–60%) across the U.S. and Canada.The candidate will work from a home office located in the Midwest, Texas, Southeast U.S., with regular travel throughout the U.S. and Canada.Why Join the Company?At our client, you’ll join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and integrity.
