Founded in 2017, we have grown to a team of 700+ employees across the globe 🌎Our offices and presence are spread across Europe, Asia, North & South Africa, Middle East and South America, with our Technology hub located in Cyprus 🚀We are a product and people focused company who are passionate about growth, innovative technology, and collaboration 🙌🏼RequirementsWhat you will do on a day to day basisMaintain customer experience through team member interaction and products presentationDevelop and train retail sales team members by conducting daily sales observations, weekly reports and meetingsExecution of company standard sales process and procedureMentor and train sub-ordinates to become top performers and product experts in order to sell Zeal's online trading platform. Supervise actions of Account Executives within his/her departmentFollow up on CRM records and make sure it is always updatedMaintain knowledge of new products, offerings, and company promotions targeting the retail segment. Ensure sales team is meeting call numbers and KPI's on daily, monthly, quarterly basisDemonstrate teamwork by assisting and cooperating with co-workers as neededCommunicate effectivelyMaintain confidentiality of company and all customer recordsRepresent company in areas of public relations like expos, company events, etcAchieve needed results and a high level of sales performanceAssist CS team in maintaining KYC documentationOversee and ensure compliance of all sub-ordinatesConduct Quality Assurance call reviews in a timely manner to better coach the teamRecommend new products and services and/or procedural adjustments based on customer needs and market changes. Ensure sales team is achieving sales targets including:No. of Accounts (Lead to Account)No. of Funded Accounts (FTD)Gross Deposits. Client SatisfactionNo. of daily callsQuality of calls. What We Expect From YouB.Sc. Degree from any discipline Work Experience Requirement: 5 year of experience in Forex / Insurance / Real estate / Banking / Stock and Commodities Brokerage fields in sales Department 3 years of proven record experience in a leadership position managing sales team Professional Key Knowledge Area Requirement: Basic Financial markets knowledge Strong interest in financial markets including FX, Stocks, and Commodities.
