The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales forecasts, leading sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Manager will also oversee a sales team and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship ManagementStrong skills in Market Research, Sales Forecasting, and Strategic PlanningExcellent Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation SkillsAbility to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales teamProficiency in CRM software and sales analyticsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the education or travel industry is a plus
