Sales Marketing Executive

The ideal candidate should be confident in working both in-office and on-field, able to build strong client relationships, conduct meetings, and promote our projects effectively.Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outdoor marketing visits to meet potential clients and partners. • Represent the company in client meetings, corporate visits, and promotional activities. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and brand visibility. • Execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies for company projects. • Collect and analyze market feedback to support marketing decisions. • Prepare reports on field activities, leads generated, and follow-ups. • Support the marketing and sales teams in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, fieldwork, or client relations (real estate experience is a plus). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Presentable, confident, and energetic personality. • Ability to travel within the city for client visits and meetings. • Own conveyance is preferred.Salary & Benefits: • Competitive salary package based on experience. • Performance-based incentives and commissions. • Growth opportunities within the company.
