Centranix Ltd. is looking for Sales & Marketing Executive (International Markets)Job Description / ResponsibilityCentranix Limited is a fast-growing technology company based in Bangladesh, with office in Sydney, Australia specializing in two core areas:Talent as a Service (TaaS) – connecting global businesses with top offshore Product talent from Bangladesh.AI Automation for Businesses – helping companies automate workflows, boost efficiency, and scale faster using intelligent systems.Our mission is to build long-term partnerships with international clients — driven by honesty, excellence, and innovation.We’re looking for a dynamic and confident Sales & Marketing Executive who will play a key role in expanding our international client base.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can generate qualified leads, manage our online presence, and convert prospects into clients through effective communication and relationship-building.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Client AcquisitionIdentify and reach out to potential international clients (via LinkedIn, email, or other channels).Qualify prospects and schedule discovery or demo calls.Participate in client meetings and present Centranix’s services confidently.Follow up with leads, maintain a CRM pipeline, and close deals.Digital Marketing & Brand BuildingManage Centranix’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages — posting regular, engaging updates.Assist in creating marketing content: success stories, visuals, and short videos using tools like Canva.Run targeted campaigns (email/LinkedIn ads) to build brand awareness internationally.Track engagement and performance analytics to refine strategies.Communication & CoordinationCollaborate closely with the leadership and delivery teams to align client expectations.Maintain professional and prompt communication with all prospects and clients.Prepare weekly reports on outreach, meetings, and marketing performance.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International BusinessBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Mass Communication & JournalismSkills Required: International Marketing, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Automation, International Communication, B2B Marketing, communication and interpersonal skill., Problem solving and analytical skillExperience Requirements2 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Software Company,IT Enabled Service,Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services StartupAdditional RequirementsExcellent written and spoken English communication skills.Proven ability in lead generation and client conversion (LinkedIn, cold emails, or Upwork).Confident in sales calls, presentations, and negotiation.Familiarity with tools like: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot/Fresh sales, Canva, Google Workspace, and Zoom. Basic understanding of AI automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, n8n) is a plus.Strong professional ethics, accountability, and time management.Job LocationDhaka (Mirpur Section 11)
