Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive the growth of our premium speedboat services. This role is essential in attracting high-end clientele, enhancing brand presence in the luxury tourism market, and increasing sales through strategic marketing initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a value-driven, luxury marine tourism brand, working in a vibrant and customer-focused environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesIdentify and establish relationships with potential clients, including travel agents, resorts, and corporate clients.Conduct client meetings to drive business development and strengthen partnerships.Maintain and update accurate client databases using Excel for effective tracking and follow-up.Perform timely and professional follow-ups with leads and inquiries to convert prospects into clients.Analyze market trends, demographics, and competitor activities to refine and inform sales strategies.Manage customer quotations and coordinate service requests to ensure seamless client experiences.Marketing ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.Create and manage engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and company websites.Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to support campaign development.Contribute creative concepts for branding, audience engagement, and promotional efforts.Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as needed by management Required CompetenciesIntegrity & Confidentiality – Handles sensitive information with discretion.Attention to Detail – Delivers accurate and thorough work.Dependability – Meets deadlines and follows through on commitments.Analytical Thinking – Makes data-driven decisions.Achievement/Effort – Displays resilience and dedication to achieving goals.Required SkillsExcellent communication in English (written and verbal).Strong interpersonal and client service orientation.High business and commercial awareness.Organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work under pressure and collaborate in teams.Motivated with a growth mindset.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.1–3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in luxury, hospitality, tourism, or marine sectors.Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Contact - hr@arriva.mv or +9607703777
