Working Hours: Full-time, aligned primarily with Australian business hours Reporting to: Directly to Business Owner / Marketing LeadAbout the RoleThis role operates across a group of companies and brands, supporting performance visibility and decision-making at both individual brand level and group level.We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially-minded Sales & Marketing Intelligence Manager to take full ownership of all sales and marketing data for our growing business. This role is responsible for transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across our marketing and sales teams.You will be the single source of truth for performance reporting, ensuring we always understand what is working, what is not, and why.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing AnalyticsMonitor and analyse website performance using GA4Report on campaign performance (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email, paid media)Track core metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR and funnel performanceIdentify trends, issues and opportunities across channelsSales Performance ReportingTrack lead volumes, quality and conversion ratesAnalyse pipeline performance and sales efficiencyReport on salesperson performance and close ratesProvide forecasting insights and trend reportsData Management & ReportingOwn and optimise our existing data infrastructure, including marketing and sales data feeds into our central data warehouseWork with structured and unstructured datasets to ensure reporting accuracy and consistencyBuild and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI or similar)Automate reporting systems where possibleEnsure accuracy and consistency of data across platformsDeliver weekly and monthly performance reports with insightsProvide recommendations, not just numbersKey DeliverablesWeekly Sales & Marketing Performance ReportMonthly deep-dive performance analysisLive KPI dashboardsActionable insights with improvement recommendationsRequired Skills & Experience**Platform Environment (current stack):Marketing and sales data pipelines centralised in a cloud-based data warehouseReporting and analysis driven directly via SQL for full data control and flexibilityMust-have:Strong SQL capability for building custom queries, views and performance reportsProven experience working with modern cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift or similar)Ability to design data structures for reliable analyticsStrong SQL capability for building custom queries, views and performance reportsProven experience working with our central data warehouse or similar cloud data warehousesAbility to design data structures for reliable analyticsExperience working with our central data warehouse or similar cloud data warehousesStrong SQL skills for building and maintaining reporting logic directly from raw datasetsStrong experience in marketing and sales data analyticsAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skillsExperience with GA4 and campaign reportingDashboard creation experience (Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau)Understanding of lead funnels and conversion trackingHighly desirable:SQL or BigQuery experienceTag Manager and attribution modellingCRM reporting experience (HubSpot or similar)Ideal Candidate Profile3–6+ years experience in analytics or performance reportingExperience supporting marketing and sales teams with data insightsStrong critical thinking and ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholdersSelf-driven, organised and detail-focusedWhy Join UsWork directly with business leadershipHigh-impact role with clear ownership and influenceRemote-friendly setupOpportunity to shape and build the company’s data strategy
