Job Description

Responsibilities:Territory Management:- Develop and execute comprehensive call plans to effectively manage assigned territories.- Conduct regular visits to various healthcare institutions to identify and meet potential customers.Customer Relationship Management:- Collect and maintain accurate customer data for effective follow-up and analysis.- Promote and detail products to healthcare professionals, such as doctors and pharmacists.- Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.Product Knowledge:- Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific research to provide informed product information.- Possess in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.Merchandising and Inventory:- Assist in the preparation of merchandising materials as needed.- Monitor product availability at drugstores to ensure optimal stock levels.Data Management:- Record and analyze sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities.Requirements:- Education: Diploma or equivalent in any field, preferably Pharmacy or Medicine.- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and their benefits.- Sales Skills: Proven ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and close deals.
