Company DescriptionWe suggest you enter details hereRole DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Manager located in Sinamangal. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, conducting market analysis, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration to enhance product positioning and service offerings.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities across manufacturing, retails, FMCG, healthcare, and industrial sectors.Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and service- level agreements ( SLAs) to meet profitability goals.Monitor market dynamics, customer trends, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.Measure and analyze campaign performance to improved ROI and customer engagements.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to increase visibility and demand for the company's supply chain service.Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand credibility.Measure and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI and customer engagement.Lead, coach, and support the sales and marketing team to achieve strategic objectives.Work closely with operations, finance, and customers service teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field ( MBA preferred)5+ years of experience in B2B sales and Marketing, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and market dynamics.Proficiency in CRM and Marketing automation tools( e.g.- Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).Excellent negotiation, Communication, and interpersonal skills.Key Skills:Supply chain & logistics expertise.strategic sales planning.Business development & Key account management.Data- driven decision- making.Leadership and team development.Pricing and contract negotiation.Digital & contract marketing.
