This candidate must be a dynamic go-getter who takes pride in campaign wins and client successes. They must be able to provide clients with strong value-propositions, creative solutions, excellent customer service, and take fullresponsibility of the sales cycle from prospecting to post campaign reporting. To be successful, they should become the top of mind recall for clients whenever they have campaigns to run.ResponsibilitiesActively hunt for new leads across the different luxury and retail industriesGenerate new businesses and maintain a robust sales pipeline, leading to a high win rateDrive revenue for assigned key accounts and scale revenue growth accordinglyMonetise all inventories across Heart Media’s suite of media titles, including but not limited to branded content, display ads and event sponsorshipsPrepare sales forecasts and reports, and monitor budgets against sales revenuesExecute all campaigns and sponsorships effectively, with a high level of quality in deliveryEstablish strong relationships with our advertisers and agencies, and be top of mind recall for their campaignsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure success on clients projects and partnershipsRequirementsDegree or Diploma holderMinimum 3 years of Sales experience in a media, advertising, or events agency or within a relevant industry, with sufficient event planning experienceWorking knowledge of media solutions, such as digital advertising, with a passion for media and popular trendsKeen interest and adequate understanding of the luxury and retail businessesAttention to detail to ensure campaign requirements are delivered on timeAbility to multi-task and respond quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to perform under stress and meet tight deadlinesGood communication and presentation skills, with a positive collaborative attitudeAble to work after office hours as and when the need arisesShortlistingCandidates with immediate availability will prioritised in the screening processThis role is opened to Singaporeans and PRs only
