Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Manager, located in Erbil. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, overseeing market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also includes coordinating with sales and marketing teams, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring achievement of business goals and targets. Qualifications Strong experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship ManagementProficiency in Marketing Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, and Brand PromotionAbility to conduct Market Research and Competitor AnalysisLeadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teamsExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skillsProven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIsAnalytical and problem-solving skills for developing data-driven strategiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plusExperience in real estate or a related industry is an advantageHaving a wide relationship in ErbilHaving a knowledge at realestate industry.
