Sales & Marketing Manager (Web3 / DePIN)

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who can take ownership of both client acquisition and campaign execution within the crypto and DePIN sectors. You’ll play a key role in driving business development for our marketing services, managing relationships with partners, and helping shape how DePIN projects reach their audiences.Your responsibilities include:Identifying, acquiring, and managing new B2B clients in the Web3 and DePIN sectorsLeading the development and optimization of sales processesActing as the first point of contact for potential clients, representing depinhouse. confidently and professionallyStrategically advise clients and help develop tailored projects to meet their needs.Analyzing project requests, preparing pitches, and developing tailored proposalsCoordinating and executing marketing campaigns for our partners and internal brandsCreating and optimizing marketing campaigns (internal and external)Supporting our online shop development and optimization (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)Managing customer communication across email, Discord, and community channelsWhat You BringA degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, or business1-3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or agency environmentsFamiliarity with Web3, crypto, and ideally the DePIN ecosystemEntrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking to identify new business opportunitiesExcellent communication and presentation skills in EnglishHigh degree of independence, reliability, and hands-on mentalityBase 50 - 60 K USD. The base salary can be increased with a performance bonus.
