Transba Medical Services is looking for Sales & Marketing OfficerJob Description / ResponsibilityWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.Key roles and responsibilities as below:Generate new Lead through Medical College / Hospital /Clinic visit, Digital Channels, Medical exhibitions and Lead generation calls by engaging key stakeholders such as Users (Doctors), Hospital Departmental Head Biomedical engineers and decision makers. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities in both public and private healthcare sectors.Collect market information accurately and facilitate the building of a customer database in the company CRM system.Provide demonstrations and educational sessions on the benefit of respective medical equipment to targeted customers.Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centers.Develop custom solutions and pricing models to meet the needs of different customer segments.Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales support to increase customer retention.Gather information on competitor products, pricing and market trends.Develop in depth product knowledge of company productsCollaborate with sales coordinator to ensure timely quotation submission, order processing documentation and provide timely and accurate information in response to customer’s inquiries Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or a related fieldFresh candidates are also encouraged to applyGood communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, confident, and eager to learnWillingness to travel frequently within BangladeshBasic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)What We Offer:Comprehensive product training and field coachingTravel and mobile allowances, Daily AllowanceCompetitive Salary range (15000-18000) BDT (monthly)Sales incentives: Commission Flat 1% on Direct sales2(Two) Festival Bonus & admissible benefits as per company policy.Office Address: Miror Raj View, House # BA 72, Road # Lake Drive, Hatirjheel, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in MarketingExperience RequirementsAt least 1 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies,Medical EquipmentFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Job LocationAnywhere in BangladeshSalaryTk. 15000 (Monthly)
