Sales & Marketing Professional

For our client, a leading company in Austria, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing ProfessionalSalary Range: €50,000 – €80,000 per annum + Bonus – Depending on experienceLocation: Austria, On Site – Hybrid – RemoteYour responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing ones.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor trends, and market dynamics.Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and design to align marketing efforts.Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and campaign performance.Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.Your qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in a Sales & Marketing role.Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, CRM systems).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).Knowledge of the Austrian market is a strong advantage.This is what our client offers you:Competitive salary with uncapped commission structure.Flexible working environment.Ongoing training and personal development opportunities.Innovative and collaborative company culture.Opportunities for career advancementDoes this sound exciting to you?Then apply with your latest CV in PDF format.
