Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through cold calls, referrals, and networking.Product Presentation: Explain credit card features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers.Sales Execution: Persuade customers to apply for credit cards and assist with completing applications.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.Customer Service: Provide post-sales support, resolve queries, and maintain high satisfaction levels.Compliance: Ensure all documentation and credit reviews adhere to bank policies.Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitor offerings and industry trends.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular performance reports.Skills & QualificationsEducation: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing preferred.Experience: 1–2 years in sales, preferably in banking or financial products.Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skillsCustomer-centric approachAbility to work independently and in teamsBasic computer proficiency and CRM knowledgeAttributes: Goal-oriented, persuasive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.RegardsTASC Recruitment Team
