You’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition, direct field sales, and executing local sales strategies to expand PalmPay’s presence in Pakistan’s fintech landscape.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesExecute direct field sales and customer acquisition in assigned territories.Promote PalmPay’s products and services (wallet, payments, credit, etc.) to individuals, merchants, and agents.Identify potential clients, pitch offerings, and close deals.Achieve sales targets and performance goals.Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in CRM.Build and maintain strong relationships with local merchants and partners.Support marketing campaigns and ensure policy and compliance adherence in the field.🎓 RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.1–3 years of experience in direct or field sales — fintech, telecom, or consumer products preferred.Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and travel within assigned zones.Proficiency in English and Urdu.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!💰 What We OfferCompetitive base salary + commissions.Field allowance, travel reimbursement, and mobile/internet support.Health benefits, paid leave, and festival bonuses.Career growth in a fast-paced global fintech.Continuous learning and exposure to regional product and strategy teams.
