It is imperative that the Sales Officers be engaged with the community they serve and committed equally to our customer’s and company’s goals.Key Responsibilities:SalesRepresent Watu and effectively implement the Company’s Sales plan within the designated areaConvert new clients based on the assigned targets month on monthBrand awarenessProtect and promote brand visibility to markets of interests and communities at largeMarketing and OutreachExecute the Company’s product marketing and information campaignsApproach potential clients at designated locations, providing detailed product presentations, answering inquiries, and capturing essential customer information (name, phone number, location, interest in financing products)Organize bodaboda and LGA meetings in the designated areas of operationsLeads GenerationGenerate active leads and conduct follow-ups to convert them into business opportunitiesMaintain accurate records of potential clients approached and those expressing interest in the Company’s productsReporting and FeedbackProvide daily reports/feedback on marketing activities and potential clients approachedSubmit daily reports detailing potential clients, their level of interest and new salesCustomer Service SupportAddress client queries in the field and provide advice on loan repayments, recovery, and insuranceOffer the rebuttal options to clients which include but are not limited to reminding clients of the need to service their assets on timeOffer high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retentionEvents ParticipationParticipate in marketing activities and activations organized by the company or partnered dealerships within the assigned regionEngage in various marketing campaigns and road shows to promote the Company’s productsClients Follow-UpConduct follow-up calls to potential clients, answering any questions and proactively encouraging them to utilize the Company’s servicesMarketing Intelligence and AnalysisConduct market surveys and data collection to gather insights on market trends and understand the competition landscapeAdditional DutiesPerform any other assignments as directed by management or supervisors, contributing to the overall success of the companyKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)KPIDescriptionSalesThis KPI measures the number of newly converted clientsLeads generationThis KPI measure the number of new active leads from different lead funnelsStage VisitationThis KPI measures the number of stages covered by the sales officerQuality Assurance (QA)This measures the level of customer satisfaction which includes the Net promoter score, Education and Information/Assistance.Knowledge, Skills And Experience RequiredExcellent communication and presentation skills including written communicationStrong sales and marketing skillsIntegrity, enthusiasm and passion for continuous learning and developmentStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously in an organization with diverse business operationsHigh attention to detail and internal controlProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, sales or Business Administration in a relevant field1+ years of working experienceWHAT WE OFFER:Be a part of an international, dynamic and driven team that has set their aspirations high and work hard to achieve thoseOpportunities to learn and grow together with usCompetitive compensation package Health benefitsDo you see yourself being part of the WATU team?
