POSITION DESCRIPTIONTitle: On-Trade Sales Executive Reporting To: On- Trade Sales Manager SouthLocation: Ho Chi Minh, VietnamRESPONSIBILITIES• Open new accounts and grow distribution network as well sales volume• Maintain and grow existing customers.• Introduce new products, convince customers, and follow up till getting the results.• Deliver a unique customer experience while engaging and providing them a timely service.• Survey, and update information about competitors and customers’ opinions.• Achieve revenue target for customers allocated and prospects• Maintains relationships with customers.• Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested (e.g., performance tracking of promotions/ deals, sales, routing, activities).• Directly apply the company sales policy in terms of pricing and promotion, • Take orders directly and execute promotion plan (events, diner, tasting, happy hours…) in line with the company requirements. • Make and keep updated internal reports (Universe, sales volumes, deals tracking, customers’ issue, contracts, etc.) • Manage sales forecast for allocated customers + prospect. • Private customers: build and develop private customers for premium products segment• Maintain working relationship with key stakeholders, e.g., Regional Sales team, traditional trade (wholesale team), Marketing team, Customer service team, accounting team and Brand Principles.• Ad hoc required from management.PERSONAL SPECS• Graduate university.• Excellent communication skills in English in both writing and speaking• 1+ years’ experience as Sales Executive on the ON Trade market for wine/spirits/ FMCG industry.• Dynamic, self-motivated leader with proven sales achievement record • Good communication and negotiation with customers• Excellent relationship and networking skills • Positive attitude with customers;• Enthusiast, passionate, creative, willing to learn and like challenging;• Flexible working time, be able to visit outlets at night, and travel when required.• Good planning, team management skills.
