SummaryThe Sales Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting ESET Latin America's Distributors and channels, as well as potential and current clients, providing timely responses to operational sales inquiries.Job DescriptionResponsibilities and Duties To approve or reject the purchase orders entered by the Partners in the system, validating the data and prices. To solve commercial support queries for the ESET Partners and Distributors in the Region. To generate documentation for, update and improve the internal processes in the Area. To provide the Second-Level Commercial Support for home users through the Regional Support Center. To provide internal commercial support (generation of licenses, batches, reports) for the different Areas. To work together with ESET HQ Back Office to meet business requirements. To interact with the Commercial Areas of the Technology Alliances for order processing. To meet the resolution time metrics for customer support inquiries. To comply with the Information Security Policies and Directives defined by the Company. To integrate ESET Latin America's values into every decision and day-to-day behavior, making them a pillar of the corporate culture and transmitting them in every task. Scope: Regional LATAM. Requirements Education Full tertiary or partial university studies in careers related to Marketing, Administration, Public Relations. Experience 1 year working experience in the commercial area. Knowledge Commercial orientation. Effective communication skills. Service and support profile. Use of Office Suites. Languages English: intermediate. Personal characteristics Teamwork. Work under pressure and time management. Organization. Service-oriented. Ability to prioritize tasks. Communication Internal Headquarters-Back Office, for special requirements. Development, to report the system incidents. Sales, for commercial support requirements. External The ESET Distributors and Partners in the Region through the ticket system and order system. The Regional Support Center operators in Venezuela. The e-learning platform provider (ESET Academy). The Technology Alliance providers.
