Job Description

As a Sales Operation Senior Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop our LATAM sales teams to ensure they consistently execute defined strategies, excel in core sales skills, and achieve maximum productivity across all program efforts. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader passionate about driving tangible improvements in seller capabilities and meeting aggressive operational targets in a high-volume digital advertising environment.In This Role, You WillElevate seller capabilities in pitching, consultation, negotiation, and objection handling.Identify development gaps and implement targeted coaching and training plans.Oversee team selection, onboarding, recognition programs, and manage performance improvement and disciplinary actions.Own and drive operational effort metrics such as daily attempts, contactability rates, pipeline velocity, and process adherence.Ensure execution of strategies defined by strategic partners (BI, Global Targets, SMEs, MIS).Translate strategic goals into daily activity and behavior targets for Team Leads and Sellers.Lead performance management initiatives, setting clear expectations and managing accountability.Prepare and present detailed performance reports focused on execution quality, seller development, and effort metrics.Work modelWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
