About Your New RoleWe’re looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to join our Commercial Operations team in Santiago de Chile. In this role, you’ll provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, helping streamline processes, optimize internal workflows, and ensure smooth execution of all tasks related to billing, contract management, and order tracking.If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a commercial environment where every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities — this is your place.Your main goal will be to free the Sales team from operational and administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on strategic sales and business development activities.ResponsibilitiesContract management: Assist in reviewing commercial contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.Billing support: Collaborate in obtaining purchase orders and handling billing-related queries.Administrative support: Help generate reports, documentation, and other materials required by the Sales team.Order tracking: Monitor and update the status of purchase orders to ensure deadlines are met.Internal communication: Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution of processes.Database management: Maintain and update project databases for tracking renewals and generating reports.What You Will Bring To The Team1–2 years of experience in administrative or support roles, ideally within sales or commercial departments.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative and billing tasks.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Knowledge of billing processes and contract handling (a plus).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.A proactive, service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and improve.Why Netquest is a Great Place to Be ✨ Boost your career at the commercial team This role offers a comprehensive view of commercial operations, giving you the opportunity to work closely with sales, finance, and legal teams.
