こちらの求人はSAPグループの株式会社コンカーの求人です。ご応募の際は、和文履歴書と英語の職務経歴書を添付していただきますようお願いいたします。■職務概要職種名：Sales Ops Business Partner Specialistキャリアレベル：T2（スペシャリスト）レベル想定このポジションは、営業部門と密接に連携し、業績に関するインサイトを提供し、収益向上に向けたアクションを提案する役割です。標準化されたプロセスやシステムを活用し、効率的な営業支援を行います。■業務内容Revenue Operationsとして、営業や会社全体に関わるKPIのレポートを作成し、マネージメントが経営判断するための資料作成を行う重要なポジションです。マネージメントチームやSales VPのTrusted Partnerとしての役割が期待されます。・Pipelineレポート作成・All Employees Meeting/Board Meeting等の資料作成・Salesforceにて、翌年度のテリトリーアサインや営業組織等の設定・翌年のKPI設定のための資料作成や、それに関わるマネージメントサポート・営業のQuota settingや、コミッション等に関する設定やサポート・その他Revenue Operations業務■配属部署・働く環境SAPジャパン、コンカージャパン合同のRevenue Operationsチームに所属しながら、コンカージャパンのRevenue Operation業務を担当していただきます。・コンカージャパンのメンバーはもちろんのこと、GlobalのコンカーメンバーやSAPの関連チームとも連携して業務を進めていただきます。・Global Revenue Operationsの一員として、GTM戦略や標準業務プロセスの展開・実行を推進するとともに、データやツールを活用してビジネス成長を加速させるミッションを担います。・営業関連のみならず、全社横断的なPJ等の戦略策定から効果測定までを担うこともあり、経営陣や部門長などマネジメントとの連携が多い部門です。・東京（大手町・丸の内）オフィスを拠点とした週3出社とリモートワークのハイブリッド勤務となります。■求める人財像＜スキル・経験＞・英語：TOEIC 850点以上／グローバルのメンバーと連携し、DiscussionできるSpeaking力・Revenue Operation業務（もしくは類似業務の）の経験5年以上（応相談）・Sales Analystの経験が望ましい・外資IT業界での経験があると尚良い・エクセルでの分析や、マネージメント向けPPT資料作成のスキル・Salesforceの利用経験が望ましい。なくても、システムに強くあればOK＜人物像＞・前向きで、自分で考え行動できる方・コミュニケーション・連携・段取りが上手な方、サポーティブな方■ 使用ツール・Salesforce・MS Office（PowerPoint, Excel など）・MS Teams（社内コミュニケーション／Web会議）・SAP Concur製品環境■ 勤務条件・正社員（無期雇用）・事業場外みなし勤務制・在宅勤務制度あり（週3日オンサイト勤務のハイブリッドワーク）・給与：経験・能力を考慮の上、当社規定により決定■ 選考フロー選考は書類選考の後、2または3ステップの面接を予定しております。書類選考→オンライン面接（2回または3回、英語面接あり）→決定こちらの求人はSAPグループの株式会社コンカーの求人です。ご応募の際は、和文履歴書と英語の職務経歴書を添付していただきますようお願いいたします。We help the world run betterAt SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you.
