As our Sales Operations Coordinator, you are part of the Commercial Team and will play a key role in assisting the team in the smooth operations of the commercial function.About YouWe’re looking to recruit a Sales Operations Coordinator, reporting to the Sales Operations Manager based in Shanghai.This is a varied role for a person who has a strong sense of urgency, is proactive and enjoys collating and analysing reports, in addition to general administrative support. Whether it’s by making food and drink healthier and tastier; continuously improving how we work; promoting a safe working environment; or making a difference in our local communities, we believe we can successfully grow our business and have a positive impact on society.What You’ll Be DoingThe main responsibilities of the role will be :Sales Reporting and Analysis:Compile weekly sales reports and track order status.Develop mitigation plans for both short-term and long-term perspectives.Measure country sales KPIs and prepare executive summary dashboards.Maintain data accuracy in Salesforce (SFDC) and provide strategic insights or other data analytics to contribute to business growth.Sales Support and Administration:Prepare contracts, sales quotations, and daily correspondence required by the sales team.Assist in creating sold-to and ship-to accounts following established processes.Update monthly contract reviews provided by customers.Assist in tracking the results of customer complaints, Quality Management Meetings (QMM), and new product development.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.Forecasting and Planning:Prepare and consolidate regular forecasts and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes for the sales team.Process Improvement and Optimisation:Continuously evaluate the sales process and provide recommendations for workflow optimisation and sales activities.Improve daily sales work transparency and efficiency.Oversee sales data integrity, reporting, training, and sales administration discipline through the system.Communication and Collaboration:Maintain effective communication and collaboration channels both internally and externally.LocationThis role is assigned to operate in Shanghai, Xuhui DistrictWhat You’ll HaveDegree in Business AdministrationMinimum 1 year of sales operations/sales support or data analysis related working experienceAble to communicate, read and write in both Mandarin and EnglishProficient in using SAP systems, SFDC, and MS ExcelAbility to work under pressure, with good follow-up skills to meet deadlinesExperience in using other business intelligence tools (Power BI) is a big plus.Good analytical and planning/organizational skillsSelf-motivated with a business-focused mindset is the key to success in this roleWhat We Can OfferBase salary with AWS + Performance BonusHigh-end medical coverageExposure to working for a multi-national organizationOpportunity to partner with various functional leaders globallyLinkedIn LearningMembership in Employee Resource Groups (Professional Women’s Network, LGBTQ+, Black Employee Network, Veterans’, Mental Health)Mental health and well-being support via Mental Health First Aiders & Employee Assistance ProgramLocal volunteering opportunities (where applicable)Tate & Lyle is an equal opportunity employer, committed to the strength of an inclusive workforce.
