We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Operations Graduate who’s ready to jump in, think fast, and make an impact. This role requires a self-starter who thrives on independence, takes ownership, and gets things done. Based in Dubai and reporting to the Group Sales Director, you’ll play a key role in strengthening the foundation of Soneva’s global sales. You’ll keep the wheels turning - ensuring our sales operations run smoothly, efficiently, and intelligently while working closely with international teams supporting Soneva Fushi, Soneva Jani, and Soneva Secret.Some key responsibilities include sales tracking and reporting, managing Joint Market Agreements, taking charge of daily Sales operations, owning the CRM, process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.Qualifications & Experience required:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.1 - 2 years of experience in sales operations, ideally within luxury hospitality or premium brandsConfident with data and reporting - strong Excel and CRM skills are a must.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.Exceptional communication skills and cultural awareness.A proactive mindset: independent, curious, and ready to take initiative without constant direction.A passion for luxury, precision, and creating experiences that truly stand out.Soneva is an equal opportunities employer.
