Today, thousands of agents and financial advisors use Roeto, but the entire core is being rebuilt with one goal: to lead the next generation of technology solutions for the financial advisory world.About the Role:We are looking for someone with sales management experience, technical understanding, and the ability to build and lead a team.Key Responsibilities:Establishing and managing the company’s sales department.Managing the sales team (including hiring, mentoring, and leading towards targets).Working with new and existing clients.Developing value propositions and sales processes.Building partnerships with external stakeholders.Requirements:2-3 years of sales management experience – required.Understanding of the tech world (SaaS / B2B) – an advantage.Familiarity with the financial and insurance sectors – significant advantage.Personal Skills:Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive initiatives and think business-wise.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams and cross-functional collaboration.Ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic and changing environment.Additional details:Hybrid position (office located in Tel Aviv).Includes meetings and travel with clients.Reports directly to the CEO.
