Sales Operations Manager – EMEA & GlobalRomania Reports to: Director of Channel Sales Operations (UK)We’re looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to support our EMEA Territory team and act as a key link across our global sales organization. The ideal candidate will drive process optimization, pipeline management, and performance insights to accelerate growth across direct and indirect sales channels.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales Leadership to provide data-driven insights and identify growth opportunities.Manage and optimize pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and conversion across all GEOs.Consolidate global sales outlooks and drive quarterly reporting.Collaborate with Reporting & Automation to reduce manual processes and enhance data quality.Work cross-functionally with GTM, Finance, Marketing, and Sales Ops teams worldwide.Lead ad-hoc analytical and strategic initiatives supporting business performance.Qualifications5+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related fields.Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel required.
