Role summaryA technically oriented, hands-on Sales Manager position with individual quota responsibility. Primary accountability for HubSpot administration and automation management (workflows, integrations, data stewardship, reporting), combined with execution of end-to-end B2B sales and rigorous pipeline management.Key responsibilitiesTechnical ownership: HubSpot & automationDesign, implement, and govern native HubSpot automations and automation in connected third-party software, using rules, webhooks, and API-based integrations; establish monitoring, alerts, and runbooks.Build and maintain dashboards and reports (pipeline velocity, stage conversion, quota pacing, renewal risk) and publish concise weekly summaries.Direct B2B sales Run full-cycle opportunities: targeted prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close.Maintain an accurate, inspection-ready pipeline and forecast with discipline aligned to targets.Collaborate with marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and win-rate drivers.Qualifications2–5 years in Sales Operations/RevOps or similar roles within B2B (preferably SaaS), including individual quota ownership.Proven HubSpot administration expertise (objects, workflows, sequences, reporting, permissions).Experience creating automations in HubSpot and in external software, including basic API/webhook usageStrong discovery, demo, and written communication skills.CompanyBOOKR is an industry-leading publisher, pioneering interactive reading-based edutainment tools to help children foster native and/or second language skills.
