Sales Operations Manager – SwitzerlandLocation: Zurich / Geneva / Basel / Lausanne (Hybrid or On-site) Department: Sales / Operations / Business Strategy Reports to: Head of Sales / Commercial Director / COOAbout the RoleWe are seeking a data-driven and strategic Sales Operations Manager to optimize our sales performance and operational efficiency across Switzerland and the EMEA region.In this role, you will oversee sales processes, manage CRM systems, and provide analytical insights that enable data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and finance to improve forecasting accuracy, streamline workflows, and drive revenue growth.This position is ideal for a professional who combines analytical expertise with strong communication and business acumen.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and optimize sales processes and operational frameworks to improve efficiency.Manage and maintain CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and ensure data accuracy.Generate and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.Partner with sales leaders to define and track KPIs, quotas, and incentive plans.Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.Support sales enablement initiatives, including training, documentation, and tool adoption.Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.Prepare executive-level dashboards and strategic recommendations.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.4–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in CRM and BI tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).Solid understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; German and/or French is a strong advantage.Experience working in SaaS, B2B, or multinational environments preferred.What We OfferCompetitive Swiss salary and benefits package.Hybrid or flexible working model.Opportunity to influence sales strategy and performance at a regional level.Exposure to international markets and cross-functional collaboration.Professional development and growth opportunities.Dynamic and data-driven work environment.
