In short, helping the company achieve 100% to 200% annual growth with 50% more resources thanks to optimization of processes & tools along with strong performance analysis and business partneringThe Sales Operations Manager serves as the engine of sales efficiency and a key advisor to the UK, Spain, and Global Sales Leadership. This role directly influences top-line growth by streamlining core business processes, ensuring best-in-class tool adoption, and translating complex sales data into clear, performance-enhancing strategies. Success depends on providing strong, continuous support and targeted training to the Sales Organization.Key Responsibilities✨Drive Sales Efficiency: Lead key projects with country leaders to identify and implement improvements in sales processes and toolsProcess & Tool Optimization: Co-build, deploy, and refine global sales processes and tools within the local context, ensuring seamless integration and adoptionPerformance Analysis: Conduct in-depth local performance analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to sales leadership and teams during weekly & quarterly business reviewsSales Portfolio & Target Management: Manage sales portfolios and targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectivesTraining & Enablement: Deliver training programs for sales teams on new tools, processes, and best practices coming from the Global Sales Operations teamAbout You 🧑‍🚀3-5 years of experience in Consulting or FP&A or Sales OperationsStrong analytical skills and business acumen, experience with sales data analysis is a plusHands-on, likes to build tools and processes and follow up on their adoption by business teams.
