Sales Operations Specialist

Position Summary:The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for executing daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth flow of the order-to-delivery process. This role involves managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams (sales, logistics, warehouse), monitoring stock status, and maintaining accurate records in the system. The specialist will work closely with the Supervisor to support overall team objectives and improve process efficiency.Key Responsibilities: • Receive and enter customer orders into the system accurately and on time. • Prepare and issue delivery notes and coordinate shipments. • Track order status, stock levels, and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment. • Communicate with customers regarding delivery dates, shipment updates, and any order-related issues. • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to solve operational problems. • Prepare daily/weekly reports on order status, backlog, and delivery performance. • Support the Supervisor in implementing process improvements and new operational procedures. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ERP/CRM systems. • Follow company policies and ensure proper documentation of all transactions. • Escalate critical issues to the Supervisor when needed.Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations (preferably in the automation or industrial sector). • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. • Good command of English (both written and spoken). • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
