We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Partnership Manager to lead our revenue growth initiatives through offline channels, strategic partnerships, and on-ground activation. This role will be responsible for developing conversion strategies, managing partnerships, and ensuring operational teams in each branch are trained and aligned to achieve business targets.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & ConversionDrive revenue growth through offline conversion initiatives in branches and partner locations.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.Monitor and analyze conversion metrics to optimize sales performance and customer experience.Collaborate with marketing and operations to design effective offline activation programs that generate leads and foot traffic.2. Partnership DevelopmentIdentify, negotiate, and manage strategic B2B partnerships that support revenue growth and brand exposure.Build long-term relationships with corporate partners, institutions, and key business stakeholders.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation of partnership programs and campaigns.3. Training & EnablementConduct regular sales and service training for branch and operations teams to ensure consistent performance and strong conversion skills.Develop training materials, toolkits, and frameworks to support sales excellence.Coach and mentor team leaders to improve productivity and performance across multiple locations.4. Leadership & Team ManagementLead and motivate a large, multi-location sales and operations team to deliver targets.Set clear KPIs, track performance, and drive accountability within the team.Foster a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.5+ years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development—preferably with exposure to offline channels or branch-based operations.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large teams.Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Hands-on leadership style with a focus on training, enablement, and operational alignment.
