We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Partnership Specialist — part relationship builder, part strategist, and part closer — who can turn great conversations into great collaborations.You’re the kind of person who thrives on human connection, understands what makes people tick, and knows how to turn ideas into partnerships that create real value. You’ve got hustle, empathy, and a proven track record of not just hitting your numbers — but building ecosystems that last.If you can navigate between health brands, fitness partners, and consumers with equal charm — while keeping your CRM spotless — you’ll fit right in.ResponsibilitiesDrive B2B partnerships with fitness studios, wellness brands, and corporate partners.Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and deal closure.Build long-term relationships that grow ConnectingDNA’s vendor and customer ecosystem.Identify opportunities to cross-sell and co-market with strategic partners.Manage leads and pipelines using HubSpot (yes, we’re data-driven like that).Work closely with the marketing team on campaign activations and conversion funnels.Represent ConnectingDNA at events, expos, and partner meetings.Report and track performance metrics, insights, and forecasts.Requirements3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong communication and negotiation skills — both written and verbal.Confident in lead generation, outbound outreach, and relationship management.Experience with HubSpot or CRM systems.Excellent interpersonal skills — you build trust fast and maintain it.Self-starter who can work independently, yet sync well with management.Singapore Citizen or PR.Nice to HaveExperience in wellness, fitness, healthtech, or lifestyle industries.Worked in startups before, or have done your own business in the past.
