The company brings together a portfolio of internationally acclaimed titles which engage & delight their affluent audiences and are highly valued by advertisers.About the roleWe are recruiting a Sydney-based Sales & Partnerships Manager; a role that is crucial in driving the growth and success of the company across the entire group portfolio. You will be primarily responsible for driving commercial revenue for the business through advertising solutions. Your overall responsibility is to develop and execute strategies to expand our partner portfolio across agencies and direct clients, increase revenue, and foster meaningful partnerships.You will drive commercial growth across our premium lifestyle portfolio, working with both agencies and direct clients to create innovative, integrated advertising solutions, spanning print, digital, branded content, video and events.The position is open to Australian citizens and residents with full working rights. Key ResponsibilitiesSelling innovative and creative branded content solutions across print & digital media to agencies and direct brand partners.Managing the end to end sales process from brief to booking.Achieve individual and contribute to team targets each quarter.Provide accurate reporting and pipeline management.Build and maintain agency patch and key direct brand relationships.Contribute to the long-term sales strategy and visionAbout the successful candidateWe’re looking for someone who’s commercially sharp, creatively minded, and thrives on building relationships. Ideally, you have 3+ years of media sales experience and a passion for delivering results. Must have strong, existing direct contacts across several lifestyle and luxury fields, ready for immediate impact. You will have experience in the media industry and content landscape across traditional and digital media, as well as a natural ability to develop existing relationships with media agencies and direct clients. Our client is looking for someone who is both creatively and commercially minded as you will be pivotal in helping to shape what you sell with their branded content team.
