That’s why we are here: to stand beside parents every day, equipping them with trustworthy insights from leading experts so they can navigate their journey with clarity and confidence.How This Role Supports Our VisionTo fulfill our mission of reaching and empowering as many parents as possible, we partner with companies through HR, CSR, and Marketing initiatives that provide meaningful benefits to working parents.Our partnerships extend to:HR departments that view parental wellbeing as an investment in productivity, retention, and workplace harmony.CSR and Marketing departments seeking to offer valuable educational resources to parents while strengthening their brand’s social footprint and purpose-driven identity.Through these partnerships, we build bridges that enrich the parental experience - enabling parents to feel fulfilled both at work and at home.Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Sales & Partnership Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind the creation and growth of impactful collaborations. More specifically:Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industries and organizations aligned with our mission (HR wellbeing, family-oriented CSR, and parent/child-focused brands).Strategic Outreach: Execute thoughtful and data-driven outreach through email, calls, and professional networking - communicate with empathy and precision, prioritizing value over volume.Relationship Building: Initiate and lead discovery meetings with potential partners, uncovering needs and designing mutually beneficial solutions.Proposal Crafting: Develop bespoke proposals and presentations (via Canva or PowerPoint), articulating objectives, deliverables, and pricing with strategic alignment and clarity.Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous lead tracking within our CRM and Asana, ensuring full visibility and momentum across all communications.Follow-Up Discipline: Manage consistent, professional follow-ups - nurturing long-term relationships built on trust and credibility.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and measurable outcomes.Account Stewardship: You will be the primary contact for each corporate partner, overseeing communication, addressing challenges, and ensuring contract renewals.Requirements3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally in service-based or solution-oriented industries.Demonstrated experience in cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) with professionalism and tact.Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.Advanced proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, and solid working knowledge of Excel and project management tools (e.g., Asana).Familiarity with CRM platforms and automation tools is highly desirable.Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.A resilient, patient, and empathetic approach to relationship-building - you know how to turn a “no” into a meaningful conversation.Previous exposure to HR/CSR wellbeing programs or educational partnerships will be considered a strong asset.Working at Project ParentingWe believe that purpose and joy can coexist in the workplace.
