For more information, visit www.kyriba.com.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAnalyze existing sales workflows and processes (e.g. lead qualification, quoting, approvals, order processing, contract lifecycle) to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.Provide SFDC data for relevant stakeholders, including compensation, finance and accounting.Ensure roll-out of sales productivity tools and manage technical onboarding of new salespeople.Collaborate with stakeholders (sales reps, sales managers, IT, finance, customer success) to gather requirements, feedback, and requirements for process improvements.Identify opportunities for automation, process simplification, or standardisation.Assist in the implementation of process improvement projects (e.g. roll‑out of a new quoting tool or new workflows), tracking milestones, risks, and delivering results.Education, Experience & Skills3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field.Experience with Salesforce.com.Understanding of databases, and ability to extract and analyze data using Excel.Detail oriented, organized and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization that can scale quickly.Exhibit sound business judgement, strong analytical skills and a proven track record of taking ownership of tasks.
