Sales processing specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support & Order Processing Specialist to join our team.In this role, you will support the sales organization in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining high-quality communication with both customers and suppliers.Responsibilities / TasksSales SupportPrepare and translate presentations, offers, and contract drafts for customers and suppliers.Provide administrative and coordination support to front-line sales.Order ProcessingEnsure accuracy of order details, including pricing, lead times, and customer data.Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order flow.Customer & Supplier CommunicationProvide timely updates on order status.Address customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues.Order Tracking and ReportingMaintain accurate order records, track shipments, and prepare reports for management.CRM Data ManagementAccurately input, update, and maintain customer information in the CRM system.Your Profile / QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, or Engineering (Engineering or Business background preferred).Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.Good understanding of sales processes and offered equipment.Awareness of legal aspects in contract negotiations.Skills & CompetenciesStrong negotiation and communication skills.Target-driven and highly organized.Fluent in Ukrainian and good command of English (both written and spoken).Did we spark your interest?Then please click apply above to access our guided application process.
